We had an excellent experience with Grandview Travel for our honeymoon in Italy! We worked with Kathryn, and she was incredible—extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable every step of the way. We weren’t even sure what we wanted at first, but she guided us with options while taking care of all the details and making sure our trip was everything we wanted. Even when we had a very minor issue during the trip, she responded immediately and contacted the company on our behalf—it was reassuring to know she was there for us. The itinerary she provided was so well organized and clear, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Grandview Travel for our recent honeymoon in Italy! We worked with Kathryn and she was excellent - extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable every step of the way. We weren’t really sure what exactly we wanted to do in Italy initially, but she guided us with options while taking care of all the details and making sure our trip was everything we wanted. Even when we had two very minor issues during the trip, she responded immediately and gave us guidance on how to handle—it was reassuring to know she was there for us. The itinerary she provided was very well organized and clear, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free, especially while planning our wedding simultaneously. We will definitely use Grandview travel again for future travels, highly recommend!

It seems almost silly to say it outright but Natalie has genuinely helped change my life for the better. I have always wanted to travel more, but I struggle with ADHD, and the enormity of the task of figuring out what to do and where to stay and all the nitty gritty in between has always frozen my brain. It’s like trying to play HD movies on old-school dial-up AOL: theoretically possible, but it takes so long that it’s not practically feasible. But a dear friend and I wanted to go to the Caribbean for a celebration of being besties for two decades, so I turned to Natalie, and BOY did she deliver. I’d given her an island suggestion, and she found options there, but also found half a dozen alternatives and laid out what they would cost (all within the budget we had given her), the pros and cons of each, and how they lined up with the vibes I’d asked for. Her first choice for us—which she admitted to based on what we’d asked for but was never pushy about—was what we chose, and it was more perfect than our wildest dreams. It had everything we want and a thousand little things we would never have thought to ask for. Anse Chastanet in St. Lucia was like a treehouse on a perfect beach. Every meal was amazing, every member of the staff was helpful and kind, every little detail and amenity was flawless. We could have gone off-site, Anse Chastanet offered all kinds of fun adventures each day, but we were so blissfully relaxed that we just lay on the beach and went snorkeling (which was also awesome. Turtles! Rays! A whole school of little squid!) every day. As a private resort with only a small room capacity, it had all the privacy of independence without all the necessary function of taking care of yourself. We worked with Kathryn at Grandview Travel to plan our honeymoon to France, and she did an amazing job! She had great recommendations on where to stay and what to see. She saved us lots of time by creating our itinerary and booking our airfare/train tickets/hotel reservations. We could not have asked for a better honeymoon, and that is all thanks to Kathryn!

Sydney at Grandview Travel planned a fantastic trip to London and the surrounding areas for us. We gave her our wish list and she did a spectacular job piecing it all to together to accommodate us and give us all that we ask for. All the tours and the hotel fit our wishes to a tee. We just finished another “Epic Trip” thanks to Kathleen at Grandview Travel. This time we travelled through Asia for more than 2 weeks from Phuket to Bangkok to Singapore. Kathleen meticulously planned and booked every thing from flights to hotels to excursions. Our party of 14 included ages 17 to 84! Each and every person was happy with how the trip turned out. Over the years we have worked with Kathleen on many trips. Thanks to her our travels around the world from Antarctica to Uzbekistan to Turkey to Hawaii have been a breeze! I would highly recommend this agency. Natalie put together a trip to Ireland which was absolutely spectacular, and totally up our alley. I had a friend who had traveled to Ireland recently, and while she hit some of the outdoor tourist attractions, it was mostly cities and pubs, which was not for me. We let Natalie know we wanted creepy woods, old ruins, and of course Guinness, and that's what we got, down to traveling from one city to another with a stop off at this ruin or that scenic viewpoint there. I did not have to worry about what we were going to do at all, and it was under budget. Such an amazing trip!

We just returned from a great Caribbean cruise that set up for us by Rob Elking and Sydney Lowe. They talked and showed us what and how to do everything we would need on the Princess Cruise. Everything went exactly as they said it would. The excursions we choose were all great and a lot of fun. Beside the weather causing some airlines issues, everything Rob and Sydney did went absolutely flawless. Highly recommend Grandview travel for your travel needs.

I highly recommend using Grandview Travel to help plan your vacation! Kathryn was absolutely amazing to work with. She called and asked all about my goals for the trip, the activities I wanted to do, etc. She was top of all the planning and was very communicative. There was no up-selling or trying to get me to do more, and she stayed well within my budget that I gave her. I will definitely be using her again for future travel needs!

Sydney at Grandview Travel was fantastic at putting together our trip to Portugal ! She arranged everything: our flights, hotels, tours, car transportation, restaurant recs, and helpful travel tips. Our trip was so perfectly planned from start to finish, making the best of the 10 days we had together as a family.
